HE CHANG TUAN was founded by two picturebook creators, LIU Chang and ZHAO Fei. They have published several award-winning picturebooks, such as Radish Mansion (selected in the BRAW Amazing Bookshelf Sustainability 2025) and Oh No! I Forgot to Turn Off the Tap (winner of the 11th Hsin-Yi Children’s Literature Award).
