Mo

  • Is there a story about a child’s first word? In this book, every page repeats the same sound—“mo mo”—while the pictures show a little bear growing up with a big bear’s care. From waking up after hibernation to learning how to drink, eat, walk, and play, the little bear slowly grows… until it finally says its very first word. “Mo” connects the whole story and holds a mystery. Is it just a sound, or something more? In the end, readers will understand what “mo” truly means.
